About Me
While all people experience challenges throughout life, we each struggle in different ways and, as a result, develop a unique style of dealing with stress, and our health. Everyone has a story that is filled with their own experiences, strengths, and challenges, and moves at their own pace and time. Even after identifying a problem or unhealthy pattern, it may hard to to resolve the obstacle without the necessary support. I have over 17 years providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I also have extensive experience working with those managing depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma, along with relationship and attachment issues, adolescent and family issues, intimacy related issues, coping with life changes, mood instability, negative self-talk and self-esteem, personal growth, and addressing irrational beliefs. I am versed in working with those who are new to a therapeutic process, experiencing anxiety, depression, and questions around identity. I am committed to creating space for healing where the cultural context you identify within is prioritized. I believe we all have the ability and knowing within ourselves to heal. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is genuine, safe, and respectful, while working together to create goals that support your areas of need.
